Developing and learning care units—a model for nursing students learning in clinical practice

Nursing education has made a journey from being mainly clinic-based to that is carried out at universities and university colleges. The clinical likewise created gap between theory practice. In this article, the aim describe learning model of Developing Learning Care Units (DLCU), based on caring science didactics with lifeworld approach. To overcome practice, students are supported by reflective supervisory approach, learn take care patients. Caring perspective ensure holistic includes individual patient student.
